I reached out to Shoprusset because I had what seemed like a simple question about my order. I expected a quick, clear answer, but the response I got felt really generic, like it was copied and pasted without actually looking at what I asked.

I followed up hoping someone would explain things better, but the second reply wasn’t much more helpful. Compared to what I’d expect from an online store, it was disappointing. I’m not saying I’d never order again, but I definitely wouldn’t be in a rush to.

The order confirmation came through, so I guess that part worked. Now I’m just waiting to see if shipping goes as smoothly, since that’s usually where things seem to get a little questionable.

The fit was kind of off for me. It wasn’t terrible, but the sizing definitely didn’t feel quite right.

I was in a rush and just trying to check out quickly, but the payment kept failing over and over. After a few tries, I got annoyed and gave up.

I was ready to buy until I got to checkout and saw the shipping cost. Seriously, why is it that much?? It basically made the whole order not worth it for me, so I just left the cart and moved on.

Feels hard to browse, and the colors are a bit off. Pages look crowded too, like everything’s just packed in without much breathing room.

It just wasn’t worth it for me. The prices already seemed steep, and even with the discount, the total at checkout barely changed. Not saying it’s a scam, but it definitely felt like one of those sales that looks better than it actually is. I ended up regretting ordering from here.

I got all the way to checkout and got frustrated fast. The payment options were way more limited than I expected, and the wallet I normally use wasn’t even available, which would’ve been fine if they had made that clear upfront.

What bothered me most is that I only found out at the very end after spending time picking everything out. Companies need to be more upfront about stuff like this instead of wasting people’s time. Maybe it works for others, but I ended up leaving without ordering

I was so excited to get this, but when it arrived the color looked totally different from the photos. I did a double take because it wasn’t what I expected at all. Super disappointing!

Overall, just a frustrating experience because of the slow shipping and lack of communication.

I’ve had a hit-or-miss experience here. A lot of the items I look for are out of stock, and when things are available, I’m not always totally sure the quality is worth it.

At first, everything seemed fine and I had a decent impression of the shop. But after I returned my order, the refund took way longer than I expected. Getting replies was slow too, which made the whole thing more frustrating. It’s not like it’s the worst place to shop, but the refund process definitely left a bad taste

Everything showed up just fine!!! The order arrived in good shape, no issues there... the only thing was the tracking was kinda slow to update?? But overall, I’d say it seems trustworthy so far!!

My order showed up in a flimsy box with almost no padding inside. My brother was actually there when I opened it, and we both noticed the corners were smashed and one of the items had marks on it. it just felt rushed and cheaply packed. Not what I was expecting, and I probably wouldn’t order again unless they improve the packaging.

I ordered a top from shoprusset.com, and right away I kind of had that feeling it wasn’t going to be great. The material felt rough and almost plastic-y, like the kind of fabric that usually ends up being uncomfortable after a short time.
I tried it on for a few minutes and, sure enough, my skin started feeling itchy. Maybe some people wouldn’t be bothered by it, but for me the fabric was a big letdown.

I was really looking forward to getting my order, but when it showed up it had the wrong items in it and I was just annoyed because it felt like such a basic thing to get right, so I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again.
